Process
How SSS Web Solutions works with you to produce your
web site:
Step 1: The FREE initial consultation.
We will meet with you at your place of business,
to discuss your needs. We'll find out what kind of website you
are considering, answer any questions you have, and discuss
website issues and trends in your field of business. There
is no cost or obligation for this initial consultation.
Step 2: The detailed specification and
estimate.
If you decide that you want us to develop your website,
the next step is to prepare a detailed specification of the
website, and estimate of the cost. We will gather more information
from you, usually by phone, for this process. There is a $75
charge for the preparation of this specification, but the charge
will be deducted from the final cost of the website.

Did you know...
You don't need to spend a fortune on custom web graphics? Do you
have a company logo on your stationery, flyers, or other company
materials? We can use that as a starting point for your web site
graphics. If you do need custom graphics, we work with high-quality
graphic artists to get your graphics at a reasonable price.

Step 3: Graphic and Content Creation.
As we begin work on your site, we will gather any logos
or other graphic materials that you want on your site. Custom graphic and logo
design is available if your company wants new graphic content. We will also work with
you to determine the text content of your web pages. We will also work with Internet
registration organizations to reserve your "dot-com" web address.
Step 4: Site layout and design.
As we proceed with developing your site, we'll create
drafts of the layout for your approval.
Step 5: Special programming.
Your site may have a database - for example,
to store your product catalog for browsing or on-line shopping. We
will set up the database, and work with you to get your products into it.
Other special programming may include on-line shopping carts, credit-card processing,
mailing list signups, and so on.
Step 6: Final Testing and Site launch.
At this time, we will load the site to the actual web server
and test every page. When the site is ready to "go live" we will provide 24/7 support
and monitoring to make sure the site is performing smoothly.
